This is the second time I have purchased from Inch2. More fool me for being sucked in again! My first purchase was late by several months and whenever I emailed them I would be told a new date that would come and go without my shoes arriving. They finally did arrive after 4 months with Yolanda from customer services promising me a discount code the next time I shopped with them and making out it was a one off. Turns out that is not true! I bought a pair of sandals in July this year, tried to use the code but Yolanda said too much time had passed. I let it go and bought the shoes anyway and I am still waiting for them to be delivered 3 months alter! I’m still not sure whether this is some kind of con shop, but if it is not their prices are far too high for this kind of service. I have however always been happy with the quality of the shoes when they have finally arrived. Such a shame they can’t seem to sort out their logistics.
I mean reading all the comments here needless to say my story. Same as the others. It's my 4th pair with them and always had issues with customer service. So unfortunate because the shoes are really nice and well-made. You really need to short your s*** out. Just hire people that know what they are doing? There are small businesses out there of few people that can teach you lessons. You are ridiculing yourselves. Send me the pair of shoes i have paid since July!!!!!!

I received my shoes and waited for almost three months, the quality is good, I liked it.
Combats boots are perfect, received with a big delay, but they are great, very happy with such quality.
I ordered shoes for myself and my wife for myself autumn boots for my wife winter shoes came first my boots about three weeks later, then my wife was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the shoes and the most important thing is that the sizes suited her that I was, and the price of many models is acceptable separately I want to thank the service support in case of questions, everything was solved very quickly and competently
Cool comfortable shoes, generally suitable for everything. And with jeans and trousers, I liked everything and can recommend your store.
Of course, the shoes are of high quality, but I was waiting, I did not read about the timing, I thought like everywhere else, I ordered it.
I placed my order, admittedly, not having read the fine-print that they take up to 16 weeks to ship. Upon reaching out to them they explained that I should have read the T&Cs, etc. After much back and forth via email, I finally was able to ascertain that they could cancel my order and refund me. Massive headache.
I am happy with the communication of this store, the managers are very friendly, I liked the shopping process.
I have been ordering shoes here for a long time and always in advance, for me it’s easier and I don’t need to be nervous about the delivery, which I advise others)
More than two months passed the expectations, they promised me that they would send the shoes soon, the manager is very polite, I will add a review later.

The manager purchased sandals as a gift, explained in detail and suggested how to measure the shoes so that they fit exactly. This attitude of the store staff is very pleasant.
I ordered boots from Latvian company INCH2 that were in stock in October 2020 and I was promised that they will arrive by the end of October. After not meeting this deadline they said that the boots will arrive 26th of november, then 18th of December, then 15th of January, then 29th of January. Every time when they failed to deliver the boots, I contacted them myself to ask what is going on - they never informed me themselves.
I ordered boots for winter and as the winter was almost over I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. They answered nicely and said it is ok and possible. They promised to make a refund in two weeks. It did not happen. They said all the time that it will happen in a few working days when I contacted. It did not happen. Now it has been 6 weeks and I do not have anything.
I am so tired of this and I have also contacted with the Customer Rights institution in Latvia as they are Latvian company.
Oh, when I first expressed that I am devastated ( somewhere in November), they issued 50% coupon. I will never use it and this is clearly not enough for now.
I am very disappointed.
